SF Hep B Free is a non-profit organization that aims to bring hepatitis B education, awareness, and care to San Francisco Bay Area communities.
They have not updated their website in 7 years. They are looking for a refresh and to increase website traffic. Additionally, their website is updated by a rotation of interns and volunteers that work with the organization for ~6 months at a time. Without a template to follow, the website lacks a sense of cohesiveness.

I conducted exploratory testing with the users to understand what their pain points were with the current site.
Users were unclear on what the website offered, they didn’t feel confident that the medical information provided was up-to-date, and they had trouble navigating the site to find the information they’re seeking.
